Keenan Cahill born on March 20, 1995; is an Internet celebrity from Elmhurst, Illinois whose lip-syncing of popular songs has brought his videos on YouTube to some of the most viewed online videos.

Unfortunately this teenager has born with Maroteaux–Lamy syndrome, which in his case and some other cases result in individuals developing an appearance much like that of people suffering from dwarfism (Cahill is 4' 2" tall, 1.24).

Diagnosed at the age of one, Cahill was treated with a bone marrow transplant in 1997 to slow down the progression of the disease, and he has had multiple surgeries, including surgery to relieve intracranial pressure.

Incredibly Cahill overcame this adversity and succeeded to become a superstar. At the young age of 15, Cahill has already achieved international super stardom- all from behind a web cam in his childhood bedroom no less.

He created a YouTube channel for his self-produced videos and saw his popularity skyrocket .

Earning millions of views on YouTube and a legion of adoring fans for its lovably goofy take on Perry's ode to teenage lust, Cahill suddenly found himself in the midst of a whirlwind of media attention. The video found its way to Katy Perry herself and went from 600,000 views to 3-million in the span of a single week.

The video has over 36 million views to date.Suddenly, Cahill was a celebrity himself. Since then, Cahill has collaborated with some of the biggest names in Hollywood- celebrities including:

- Comedienne Chelsea Handler,
- Hip-hop artist 50 Cent for his song, "Down on me,"
- TV personality Jimmy Kimmel,
- Actress Jennifer Aniston and Jersey Shore sensation,
- DJ Pauly D for his song, "Beat Dat Beat."
- David Guetta
- Jennifer Aniston and others.

For a kid whose life had, up to that point, been defined by what he couldn't do as a result of his rare genetic disease, MPS VI estimated to occur once in every 340,000 live births), the impossible became possible almost overnight: the boy who spent the better part of his childhood shuttling between hospitals, suddenly had no limits on who he could become and what he could achieve.

With his new fan base of over 360,000 subscribers, Keenan has caught the interests of some of today's biggest superstars.

Cahill is the 27th highest subscribed music artist on YouTube.
